The benefits of this technology are reclamation of drying fluid and utilization of a NON VOC solvent for the displacement of water. The NON VOC fluid can be a direct replacement for other solvent cleaning and drying systems. The current data shows that the displacement fluids leave no traceable organics or residue on the surface of the substrate.
Solvent Reprocessing/Purification Systems feature a closed-loop configuration providing 100% availability of ultra-high purity solvents (99.3%) while reducing new solvent purchases 90% to 95%. The handling and disposal burden associated with your current solvent waste stream will be almost eliminated. Systems are designed to reprocess typical solvent waste streams to levels of purity higher than available in the best grade bottled solvent and/or to purify a low grade of newly purchased solvent to a high level of purity meeting your process requirements.
